You are solely responsible for decisions made using Truval outputs.

By using Truval, you agree to:

• Independently verify Truval outputs before acting on them
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You accept full responsibility for consequences arising from incorrect or misleading data you submit.

Hyve AI Labs FZCO is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use.

We do not control third-party data sources and do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or availability.

7. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or extract Truval systems or data
• Manipulate, falsify, or bypass verification or scoring mechanisms
• Use Truval outputs for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property related to Truval—including software, algorithms, models, reports, trademarks, and branding—is owned by or licensed to Hyve AI Labs FZCO.

You may use Truval outputs only for personal or internal business purposes.

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or publicly display Truval content without prior written permission.

9. Fees & Payments (If Applicable)

Some Truval features may require payment:

• Prices will be clearly disclosed before purchase
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• We may update pricing with reasonable notice

Failure to pay may result in restricted access or suspension.

10. Service Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to:

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyve AI Labs FZCO shall not be liable for:

• Decisions or actions taken based on Truval outputs

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hyve AI Labs FZCO, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Data you submit or actions you take
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use creates legal, security, or reputational risk

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
